🎥 Rode lantaarn Watford legt Manchester United over de knie, dankzij flaterende David De Gea

Het was beschamend wat Manchester United op de mat legde in Watford, het nummer laatst van de Premier League. De Mancunians verloren met 2-0. Watford boekte de tweede zege van het seizoen.

En het was ook geen goed voetbal dat de troepen van Ole Solskjaer op de mat brachten. In de eerste helft liet de Engelse grootmacht slechts één keer het gelaat voor het doel van Watford zien, maar Lingard schoot over. 

Vijf minuten in de tweede helft trapte Sarr, dankzij een flater van doelman De Gea, de 1-0-voorsprong op het bord voor The Hornets. Kabasele, ex-Genk, zorgde voor de assist. Vijf minuten later zorgde Troy Deeney voor de 2-0 vanop elf meter.

Ondanks de zege blijft Watford laatste. Manchester United zakt weg naar de achtste plaats.
