📷 Zwitserse kunstenaar vormt stadion van EK 2008 tijdelijk om tot bos
De Zwitserse kunstenaar Klaus Littmann heeft het Wörthersee Stadion tijdelijk omgebouwd tot een bos. De Oostenrijkse tweedeklasser Austria Klagenfurt werkt er normaal gezien haar thuiswedstrijden af, maar moet nu een tijdje uitwijken.
Het enorme kunstwerk is gebaseerd op het schilderij ‘The unending Attraction of Nature’ van Max Peintner.

Landschapsarchitect Enzo Enea plaatste driehonderd bomen, waarvan er een aantal tot zes ton wegen, op het veld. Het kunstwerk is van 8 september tot 27 oktober te bezichtigen. Nadien worden de bomen in de buurt opnieuw geplant.
