Valencia wint stadsderby en springt opnieuw over Real

Wie naar Valencia-Levante kijkt, ziet een duel tussen de vierde en de op drie na laatste, maar ook een venijnige stadsderby. Het werd dus heet in Mestalla.

Zeker zo rond minuut zeventien. Santi Mina tekende voor de openingstreffer, maar een minuut later zette Sergio Postigo de gelijkmaker al op het bord.

Tot het uur bleef het nagelbijten in Mestalle, maar toen lukte wonderkind Vietto het doelpunt van de voorsprong. Van de nagels van de thuissupporters bleef niet veel meer over toen Parejo een minuut voor tijd de verlossende penalty in doel schoot. Valencia komt zo voor Real Madrid in de stand.
