Besiktas kopieert Genk bijna, Krasnodar mee aan kop in groep Standard En ook Fenerbahçe krijgt pandoering

Update: Ook Fenerbahçe liep net als Anderlecht in groep De een nederlaag op. Tegen Dinamo Zagreb werd het maar liefst 4-1. De ploeg van Cocu heeft er dus net als Anderlecht meteen enkele zorgen bij.

Beginnen doen we bij Besiktas, dat samen met Genk, Malmö en Sarpsborg ingedeeld werd in groep I. De Turken hebben heel wat bekend volk tussen de lijnen staan en die namen bleken op de afspraak. Babel maakte iets na de rust de 1-0 en even later schilderde Ljajic een vrije trap op het hoofd van Roco. Ook Lens scoorde uiteindelijk nog. Met 3-0 deden ze het één doelpunt beter dan KRC Genk.

Standard keek tegen een pandoering aan in Sevilla, terwijl Krasnodar op bezoek mocht bij Akhisarspor. Dankij een doelpunt van Claesson werd het daar 0-1.
